Yeh so I have decided to go on a FB hiatus.....more like a FB boycott. Yes I know it's "free" (if you consider how much we pay for our internet every month..I wonder!), and we shouldn't complain but what if it wasn't free???...I still think they would make all the silly changes. Oh and then the small segment of society who actually likes the FB changes (god knows why?) would rethink all the random changes.
On the positive side it has given me food for thought. Do I really need to be connected with half the people that I am?.....NO!! So here creeps in the words "Google +". I did a little research and discovered that I rather like this Google plus idea. Wow, this way I could literally just have my family and a few friends on there to stay connected with. Now that would be a novel idea...something I should have done from the very word go with FB but didn't know better. So actually FB makers, I should thank you in hindsight for my insight that I now have. I could just delete many of my "friends" on FB but alas I don't want to ruffle feathers. I consider FB a lesson in online social networking. So to FB I say thanks for the lesson.
